Refund Policy

Subscription fees are billed in advance for the selected billing period. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation stops future renewals. Current period charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

One-time credit purchases are typically non-refundable once credits are delivered to your account. If a technical issue prevents delivery or use, contact us for review.

If you believe you were charged in error, including duplicate or unauthorized charges, contact us within 30 days at hello@oneshotapply.com so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider and may take 5 to 10 business days after approval.

Before initiating a chargeback, please contact us directly so we can resolve billing issues quickly. Fraudulent or abusive chargeback behavior may lead to account suspension.
